Made from top quality soft tulle with a satin ribbon bow giving the finishing touches.
PLEASE BE AWARE that shades of tulle & ribbon may slightly differ from those illustrated due to the dying process.
Note: Please note that with larger sizes the tulle will not sit up as "pooffy". The larger the size the longer the tulle making it heavier and less able to stand up.
