Shipping Policy

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $100 (Australia).  Orders under 100 will receive a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 within Australia 

** PLEASE NOTE**  Print Me Pretty accepts no responsibility for parcels that are successfully delivered and proof of delivery is provided and subsequently go missing. 

  • depending on where you live, delivery times will vary
  • We use Couriers or Australia Post for all Australian deliveries.
  • In the unlikely case that an item you have purchased is sold out we will contact you so you can choose an alternative item or request a refund.
  • Please note that payment verification is required prior to us shipping your order. Depending on your payment method this may add a small delay to your shipping time
Customised orders are shipped generally within1-6 Business days.
Please check shop banner for the most accurate turnaround time for customisation as sometimes due to order demand it may be changed to 1-2 weeks. 
Due to covid, weather and other delays times may not be accurate. Please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.  
Please note:
- Print Me Pretty is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. 
- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address.
- Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped we are be able to change the address. 
- On occasion orders include free products 

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not from when order has been placed 

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 

-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Print Me Pretty is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. T
