Made from top quality soft tulle and ribbon edging and bow giving the finishing touches.
Note: Please note that with larger sizes the tulle will not sit up as "pooffy". The larger the size the longer the tulle making it heavier and less able to stand up.
**We do not recommend the Tutu Skirt to be worn during meal times. Glitter is fabric grade and will come off when wet or sticky fingers are in contact. Adult supervision required at all times. This combination is available in NON Glitter.
