An uplifting oil traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms of stress. Bergamot essential oil has been traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve irritability and symptoms of stress.
Methods of Use (Adults Only) Vaporisation:
Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Please note: Do not apply directly to the skin, if pregnant please seek advice before using an essential oils.
If using in a diffuser or oil burner please clean unit completely after use as remaining oil can damage plastic due to potency.
